These images are from the three-part Sustainable Nutrition Manual. This was written by Stacia Nordin, a nutritionist who has lived and worked in Malawi for many years. It was published in 2016 and funded by the World Food Program. The manual leads the reader from looking at themselves and what they need for health to looking at their wider environment and what that needs for health, leading to ideas about how to design for a better and more sustainable future.
